Dianne’s artistic and creative ability was influenced by a family of artists, craftsmen, and architects, and her love of art. She has taken formal instruction in drawing and painting throughout her life. For most of her life, Dianne worked for the Department of Defense as a Critical Infrastructure Program Analyst for terrorism and natural disasters. She is now retired and living in Greene County. Dianne enjoys creative projects with a current focus on watercolors and acrylics. She is fascinated with the mood of color and the feeling of being one with the art. Her inspiration is to paint water scenes like Winslow Homer, one of her favorite artists. Her other creative hobbies include interior decorating, designing fashion doll clothes and creating jewelry from crystals and beads.
